These terms are intentionally short — simpleSet is a free, personal-use tool with no account system and no backend service. By using simpleSet, you agree to the following.
simpleSet is provided free of charge, "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer makes no guarantees about uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the app will be free of bugs or errors.
simpleSet stores all of your data locally in your browser and does not maintain a backup. Clearing your browser's site data, uninstalling the app, or switching devices or browsers will permanently remove your data. Back up anything you don't want to lose (for example, by keeping the original plan file you imported).
simpleSet is a tracking tool — it records the workout data you enter and reflects it back to you. It does not provide fitness, medical, or professional advice, and any personal records, targets, or stats it shows are for informational purposes only. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program, and use your own judgment about what's safe for you.
Use simpleSet only for its intended purpose of tracking your own workouts. Don't attempt to misuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the app's Google Drive integration or any connected services beyond their intended use.
If these terms change, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of simpleSet after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
